Senate Dems tank DHS funding...again...while Iran laughs.
Chuck Schumer and his merry band of obstructionist clowns in the Senate just pulled off their fourth strike against funding the Department of Homeland Security since February 12, 2026, with a pathetic 51-46 vote that couldn’t even clear a procedural hurdle. While President Trump is battling to secure our borders and keep Iranian nutjobs from turning the Strait of Hormuz into their personal moat, Schumer’s playing political Hunger Games with national security. Apparently, protecting Americans is only a priority if it comes with a side of woke virtue signaling and a taxpayer-funded drag show.
Let’s not forget Hakeem Jeffries, the House Minority Leader who’s too busy crafting X posts about “systemic oppression” to notice the system collapsing under Democrat sabotage. This is the same guy who cried crocodile tears over border security when Trump wasn’t in office, but now that The Don’s back, suddenly DHS can starve. Hypocrisy much, Hakeem? And don’t get me started on Kamala Harris, the former VP turned professional cackler, who’s probably off somewhere sipping chardonnay while mumbling about the “root causes” of Iranian aggression...spoiler alert, Kamala, it’s not “climate change.” These elitists live by one rule: borders for their gated communities, open season for everyone else.
Oh, and props to John Fetterman, the lone Democrat with a shred of spine, who crossed the aisle to vote for the House-passed bill. Guess even a broken clock in a hoodie is right twice a day. Meanwhile, Schumer’s smug face is practically begging for a meme...maybe one with him holding a “Closed for Business” sign over the DHS logo. Newsflash, Chuck: while you’re grandstanding, Iran’s Supreme Leader is vowing to keep the Strait of Hormuz locked tighter than AOC’s grip on her latest socialist pipe dream. Keep playing games with our safety, and you’ll be the one shut down come election time.
